This now on my list of “go to” places. (Note about concerns over the limited menu…a limited menu is what all, true, Korean Fried Chicken places are about. The food traces its origins to the recovery of the Korean Peninsula after the war when the American Soldiers taught hungry/starving Koreans in the South how to make fried chicken. The Koreans adapted it to their taste, but its legacy is ‘poor persons cuisine’. Enjoy the limited menu in other words because that’s what this food is about.) ”
